Goalie Cut Hockey
I got a cut on each side of both my ankles from feild hockey goalie shoes. What's the best thing to do?
In Field Hockey today i cut open both sides of both my ankles its like a rope burn type thing... What's the best thing to do to them to make them heal faster and not hurt so much?? The really hurt!
Wash them well and make sure they're clean. Put Band-Aids on them if you have any the right size. Otherwise, wrap over them with gauze. Keep them covered so they'll heal better. Next time, wear two pair of thick socks with those shoes! If that's not possible, wrap your ankles with elastic bandages (like Ace wraps) before putting your socks on.
